5. Payment and Refunds

All plans are prepaid and non-refundable. Unused SMS credits do not roll over to the next billing cycle unless specified in your plan.

7. Limitation of Liability

HideNSeek SMS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
